Panko Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken.

Ingredients

6 Chicken Tenders
1/2 Cup Organic Panko
1/4 Cup Fresh Parmesan
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Rosemary
2 Tbsp Thyme
2 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Pepper
Tuscan Herb or Garlic Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Egg Whites

Prep

Heat oven at 350

In a paper plate fill it with Panko Crumbs, Freshly Grated Parmesan, Garlic Powder, blend of Rosemary, Thyme, Pepper and Basil and mix together with your hands.

In a small bowl pour in egg whites.

Place each tender in egg whites then placing it in the Panko seasoning mix covering the tender.

Place tender into a frying pan on medium heat 3-5 min or until brown on each side.

Drizzle olive oil sparingly over chicken and sprinkle a little Sea Salt for taste (optional)

Then place pan in the oven for 5-10 min until cooked.

Serving Size: 2-3 tenders or 4oz
